My experience with Macy's furniture has been disappointing, and I wouldn’t purchase from them again. I paid for their white glove service to deliver and install a headboard, but the first team installed it incorrectly in a way that was very obvious. When I called to report the issue, a second team was sent, but they also failed to install it correctly, claiming it was a full mattress converter and lacking the proper brackets. Very happy with my recent furniture purchase on how excellent the customer service was with FRANK he was amazing. Also he arranged the delivery service for the very next day with two amazing strong men George and Max who were excellent with communicating when they were arriving and came even a bit earlier then promised 5 stars Dorothy from Chicago
