It’s was okay, the lady who was helping me was making faces at me when I asked her questions, as well when I was speaking Spanish. I just felt so unwelcome, and this happened at the fragrance department.
Juan helped me out on the 5th floor with getting a wallet last second whilst helping other customers as the store was closing. Juan showed excellent customer service in helping me out last second making sure I get what I wanted. Thanks again!
I don’t know if they don’t believe in using any AC or air circulators but both times I went in here it’s been noticeably hot.
