I had an awesome experience getting my Open Water and Nitrox certifications with Billy. He was an excellent instructor—patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made learning to dive a fun experience. I highly recommend Billy to anyone looking to get certified or improve their diving skills. Just finished my open Water Scuba certification. Billy and Rich are great instructors. Got to do our first dives at rainbow River and Devils den. Highly recommend!
I had such a good time getting my open water certification. Ian did a fantastic job with training & making us feel safe at all times. I love the whole shop vibe at Mac's everyone was genuinely kind & engaging- truly felt welcome. Cannot wait to continue working on future classes.
