The management team at Wellington Macpac with a particular call out to Liv, are exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had an issue with a pair of boots purchased from another Macpac (Taupo) and while they were less than helpful with the issue, Liv scooped it up and fully resolved it for me when it was really not their issue. I was blown away by the willingness to help and ongoing care to get the issue resolved. Highly recommend.

Came in to do an exchange/return for a backpack as I got the wrong one online - I actually can’t fault anything here. Customer service was on point, and the lady who served me was SO amazing she deserves a raise. She fitted my backpack for me (think strap height, buckles and everything) and showed me every little feature the backpack had (I was already set on it, but she showed me things I didn’t even realise it did lol).
