This was my first MacPac purchase and I was very impressed with my shopping experience. I really needed a warm, water resistant jacket for the unexpected rainy weather. I found the shop assistants, especially Jade, were really friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient, answered my questions and were keen to get me jackets in different sizes for me to try on. In the end, I was very happy with my purchase and the customer service provided.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good products with competitive prices, Shop doesn’t have wide enough range of shoes though.
