Really rubbish customer service. You would think they were controlling the boarder or something.The lack of genuine disinterest in providing service or even acknowledging a customer is astounding..... They were pretty rude to the customer in front of me on the basis of "I'm just doing my job" - which they weren't.
Macpac Sydney City sold me a faulty product. I have just walked out of the store. The person that served me needs customer service training. She didn’t apologise for any inconvenience, there was no service with a smile there was only an irritated look where she treated me like the problem. Do not sell people products that are impossible to use while out hiking and then treat customers like the problem when they ask for their money back. I know you can do better Macpac
