Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. Based on my experience, I'd recommend ordering online or purchasing from another retailer instead.
I bought a women's fleece jacket yesterday. I looked around and Macpac were the only ones that have a chin guard, sewn under the zipper so it does not rub against your skin. The main competitor maybe $10 cheaper but compared to a few years ago, their quality is slipping. The service was good too, plenty of very helpful staff - service with a smile makes a big difference.

Extremely rude staff, tried to overcharge for a sales item. They even tried to charge us for an accidental knock to a mug!! It had been placed precariously on the shelf, and received minimal damage. If you wanna get scammed on your gear by money-starved staff, feel free to come to this store <3
