What’s better than buying a waterproof jacket? A jacket that’s not waterproof and when you go into the store they gaslight you and tell you it’s your fault. I should’ve bought some magical range of chemicals to waterproof the waterproof coat. We’re done not one more dollar.
I had a great experience at the store today! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—especially Paul and Nathan, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect jacket for my mom. They really listened to what I was looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure to check for the right size. The store is well-stocked with lots of great-quality items. Overall, a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommend!
