You were the only outdoor shop in the area that had the sandals I wanted in my size. I perhaps could get them online but to save the environment from transport costs and packaging I do not do online shopping. It did mean I had to take a colour that wasn't my first choice. But still a good choice,
This was my first MacPac purchase and I was very impressed with my shopping experience. I really needed a warm, water resistant jacket for the unexpected rainy weather. I found the shop assistants, especially Jade, were really friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient, answered my questions and were keen to get me jackets in different sizes for me to try on. In the end, I was very happy with my purchase and the customer service provided.
