Macpac. About a month ago I took in my favourite 20yo small canvas back pack. It had a broken plastic clip on a should strap. They rummaged through their “bag of spare goodies” and found a new clip, attached for me, didn’t charge me. Today I asked if I could buy some shoelace clips to help a person who was having trouble tying their shoes. They rummaged again, found some. No charge. I took them chocolates and will always be loyal to Macpac!
I’m absolutely stoked with my new 28L backpack for day hikes! Huge thanks to Ryan for his outstanding help. He was incredibly patient, thoughtful and knowledgeable, and always had a smile on his face no matter how many questions I asked. Really appreciated the great service — thanks Ryan! 😊
Very poor customer service and experience from the Manager of the store. It appears compliments alone are welcome. When asserting accountability not only rigidity was displayed but also label of being rude was hurled back at the customer. No willingness to record customer details after confirmation on paper knowing they disappear. No willingness to check the details of the product on their own system to complete the formalities. My son is really happy with his Macpac school bag. The quality is excellent, it is comfortable to carry, and it has plenty of space for all his school items. It seems very durable and well-made.
