some reviews of this place are whack tbh. i had a great experience in store! i came in to buy a new pair of hiking boots and staff went above and beyond to ensure i had the right pair and that they were comfortable and supportive. they were kind, thoughtful, and casual people that i felt very comfortable around. overall fantastic customer service. some reviews seem to mention racial tensions, which as a brown woman i dont feel had any impact in my shopping experience. dont let the reviews of some avert you from this store
