Lovely store. we were there this weekend which went by and they had a huge 4 day sale. the staff was really very helpful and pleasant to deal with and went out of her way to show us jackets etc.
Used to be one of my favourite stores, my wife, children and myself all own items that we love. However after witnessing name calling and racist behaviour towards customers I will no longer shop at this store or brand again. - Moving forward I hope this store conducts some education with regards to cultural competency noting Rotorua is NZ’s cultural capital.
Experienced horrible service, were racially profiled and were made to feel extremely uncomfortable.
