Good customer service always
I have been there on 8th July around 3pm and spent almost 1 hours to select 2 jackets and when I have been there checkout they said they have no bags very shameful I left jackets there they can what they do
I had bought a pack a long time ago, however due to poor material choice the padding had completely broken down to a powder. I returned the pack and they sent it away for repairs. Macpac decided that the pack, which looked almost brand new, and had not been used was never going to last due to the inferior product used in the padding. They intended to charge $100 for a seam unpick and re-padding. Thoroughly appalled with the lack of commitment to their product.
