So disappointing. Took in a jacket for a zip repair - not old and was told that since it wasn't the most recent season, they could not replace it with the same colour zip as the original one. Had to be black or white (on a green jacket). The staff were thoroughly disinterested and couldn't have cared less when questioned very politely about Macpac not servicing their products any longer. 3 staff talking in middle of store while people wait at unattended counter. Waiting around for decent help. Not a great selection of products for men either.
