Incredibly rude customer service. Advertising products stating they are in stock, when they are not. I was laughed at over the phone and the representative refused to offer a mature resolution to the issue.

Really disappointed with the lack of service at the Newcastle west store. While the store itself was well presented and general housekeeping was at an excellent standard. While in store no one greeted or asked if I needed a hand. Everytime any sales team members were checking on customers, I was continuing ignored. Eventually once i decided to leave the store, unable to have anyone come and help me out. It was then a gentleman greeted me on the way out.
