They are really great. My friend bought me a couple of hiking poles. I used it for my Blue lake hike. My poles was missing one part after the trip since I’m a clumsy person. I went to Macpac just hoping I could buy the part to complete it. A guy named Luke was really helping trying to find another part for my poles but couldn’t replace it. Eventually he swap for me a new pair of poles which I didn’t not expect. Great services guys and Thanks Luke My blue lake trip was great but thank to Macpac it is more completed. Thank you
