We've had a corporate account for approximately 10 years with Mac pac for our staff uniform. The new young Manager made things so difficult for us that we will probably never step back in this store. It's such a shame. Very not helpful!
Went in looking for a couple of different items, Oliver greeted us as we walked through the door with a smile. He was very polite to all of the customers and went above and beyond to help us with a question we had. Store was today and clean.
Popped into the store yesterday afternoon. The two young woman shop staff were to too engrossed discussing their personal life stories to even acknowledge my presence. I was looking for someone specific and left the store without finding it. Yes, I could have gone and asked. I was thinking that they don't value a potential customer. I own a business myself. I bought a jacket a week ago in Napier Store ( l m a member but l don't see the see the point now),when l try the jacket l realized that l had wrong size, took it straight away to exchange it but not that easy also they didn't even try to help. All he did , "You need to bring with all labels with it". Honestly never heard that before because you take all labels off.
