I bought a Macpac Kahuna pack which I loved Unfortunately the zipper failed overseas and I couldn't access my passport. Tessa and Sam at Macquarie gave me amazing prompt service and sorted me out. I intend to support this shop solely on the wonderful service I recieved. The Macpac brand is true quality and the shop has some awesome products. Thankyou Tessa and Sam.
Great and well-organised store. Staff were friendly and the clothes were made of a comfortable material. Change rooms were well-looked after and absolutely nothing I can complain about.
I really like Macpac stores and always check them out specifically in Macquarie mall but 2 times in the row inexperience staffs puts me down. While checking out the sale items, young staff came to me several times asking can I help you? Are you ok?! repeatedly. Second time I went with my wife same happens to both of us. Despite we spent few hundreds dollars seems staff was not happy. It takes us about 15~20min to finalize it. Nothing there is cheap to pick carelessly though
