Can't fault top notch customer service from the Macpac team at Macquarie Centre. Amanda helped me to assemble a foldable hiking pole which I struggled with and eventually replaced it with a new one although the main problem was perhaps caused by me pulling the handle off the pole. Applaud the customer service.. and appreciate the manager Cameron's approval in getting me back on the upcoming hiking trail. Thanks all.
The customer service was excellent. Because Macpac did not have shoes big enough for me (14 AU) the lady serched online and found a shop that did have them even though it was not a Macpac shop. I picked up Nikwax to waterproof a tent also.
Amanda offered outstanding customer service, and made our visit to Macpac as excellent as it could be. Not only did we receive incredible advice about Macpac hiking packs, but Amanda took the time to connect with us, understanding the needs, wants and inputs of my partner and I. She took the time to adjust multiple packs to fit my partner’s comfort and to hear her feedback. We left knowing what my partner would want to buy, and felt amazingly comfortable in her presence.
