Excellent customer service. I returned an online purchase and bought this at half price instead.
The young lady who served me was brilliant, smart, articulate and knew her stuff. She was able to solve my needs and get me out of Macquarie (which is what I really wanted), I can’t quite remember her name however I think it is Ananditha. This happened Saturday morning, so if I got your name right, thank you so much, you were awesome
Tessa the store manager, is absolutely amazing, lovely customer service, helpful and above all she gave me a lot of advice before making my purchase, I’m very happy with her customer service
Took my mother there to look for a cold weather vest for my father who is in his late 80s. Staff member (Simon?) was very helpful. We didn't buy it mainly because the vest we liked didn't come in the size required only went down to a Small.
