Unfortunately my worst MacPac experience... I love Macpac products, but hated my experience in this shop. I had a few products to return, which I had bought a few days before in another Macpac store (Melbourne). I quite often return products because I prefer trying things on at home quietly. I also know that Macpac is usually super easy to deal with, and so far all my returns have been stress free, with lovely staff and no questions asked.
