I needed some good shoes and apparel for a trekking trip and Glen/the team in store did everything in their power to support me. They have great quality product, when I came very good pricing, my only „issue“ was my size was not available. They called the partner stores downtown and had them lay the product aside for me. Thanks so much for all your help!

Easily the best Macpac store I've ever attended. Forgot my jacket so I popped in to grab something to get me by. Wasn't at all pressured to buy a jacket that would take me to the South Pole. Instead I was referred downstairs to the clearance section and scored a great little jacket that will serve me well (wore it to work today). The boys were even keen to had out some dinner recommendations and a place for a drink. All of which were fantastic. Great store, great service really cool dudes.
