I visited the Macpac Karrinyup store during the Black Friday sale to buy a winter jacket, but unfortunately, I had one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had in Australia. I first tried on a jersey that was on an M-size hanger, but it felt too small. When I checked the tag, I realised it was actually a size S placed on the wrong hanger. 1Star for the the worst service I've every had. Around mid afternoon walked into store not to be greeted or helped to find what I was looking for. Staff and or store manager just standing around talking to each other. will be taking my business to Joondalup.
