Came here to do pickup of my online order and hoped to beat the traffic on Saturday morning at 9am, but here i am standing at the store front waiting for doors to open at 9:30. All other shops are already open. Store hours listed on all websites show 9:00 opening time. I love the products, but physical shopping experience is awful.
I visited the Macpac Karrinyup store during the Black Friday sale to buy a winter jacket, but unfortunately, I had one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had in Australia. I first tried on a jersey that was on an M-size hanger, but it felt too small. When I checked the tag, I realised it was actually a size S placed on the wrong hanger.
