Been to Macpac Hornby this morning and staff ( forgot to ask name, but she mentioned she works there for last 8 years and i think she is store manager) was super helpful. She went above and beyond to help me choose stuff and also to replace some online order due to size issue. She is an asset to Macpac and she is capable to take business to next level.
