Could not find a Macpac outlet so they must have closed down
I really appreciate the service that we got from the store. I was in the store in 13th August, looking a jacket for my Mrs . One of the staff came in to help us . I wish I remember her name . As there was no size she make a call to another store and transferred the product to the store I was in.Also she let me know that she have ordered that product ,you can come in when it’s ready, try it and if happy with the product go for it. Staff friendly and very helpful. Huge array to choose from. Great prices.
Poor assistance walked past the counter where 2 sales women where chatting about the weather ( not acknowledging me) needed a quality back pack and packs for clothes I looked here for about 10mins they still chatting these also like Kathmandu dont work on commission or own the shop so I left was there to spend good money however they obviously dont need it
