Been coming here for several years to buy my merino outdoor wear. Closing soon, I wish all the staff a big thankyou for service with a smile.
Purchased 2 pairs on L merino underwear. Was unsure at time of purchase if I was a M or L. Staff advised I could check what I had at home. Returned a few days later to swap for M. Staff now advised this is not possible even though the packet is unopened. I left a pair of brand new unopened $60merino underwear on the counter if anyone wants a set for free. Very disappointing. Will use and advise others to use alternate stores from now on.
