Purchased 2 pairs on L merino underwear. Was unsure at time of purchase if I was a M or L. Staff advised I could check what I had at home. Returned a few days later to swap for M. Staff now advised this is not possible even though the packet is unopened. I left a pair of brand new unopened $60merino underwear on the counter if anyone wants a set for free. Very disappointing. Will use and advise others to use alternate stores from now on.

A middle age grey haired man (staff member) made my shopping experience at this store very uncomfortable while he constantly stared me down. Initially came to collect an order I felt quite offended that this man may have suspected me of wanting to steal or something else. Maybe I wasn't dressed nicelly enough as I was in my work clothes. I purchased a nice top and took my order with the kind lady at the desk and left this store. I will never come back in this Macpac.
