I had a very disappointing experience at the Macpac store in the 5 Mile shopping area. I arrived at around 6:00 pm after leaving the center of Queenstown specifically to look for a pair of pants that was not available in the downtown store. I went there with the intention of purchasing it. However, as I approached the entrance, I was stopped and told to leave in a very rude manner, without even being allowed to step inside the store or ask about the product.
