Bought an outdoor jacket from Dunedin Macpac store without checking the inner side. I WAS EXCITING because this was my first Macpac. However, after 3 days of using, I discovered a torn pocket on top inner side. I went into Macpac Dunedin yesterday between 9:30 and 10. I was completely ignored and had to ask for assistance. The girl was very helpful and showed me where the items were I wanted then she and her colleague stood behind the counter and busied themselves on the computer. I then spent 10-15 minutes running in and out of the changing rooms getting different sizes and colours of what I wanted. No help offered at all. Seriously, get some better staff. This is the second time I've been into your store and been completely ignored by staff. If it's any constellation, Kathmandu was just as bad.
