Pretty sad customer service today!. Was greeted on entry but not once did any of the 4 staff members re approach me to see if I needed more help as I picked up several products to look at.( I’m noticing this a lot in smith street shops ) I can appreciate how hard it can be to sell products that are hundreds a of dollars I’ve worked in your industry before, But the lack of interest in me being in store was apparent. Don’t ever send things to Macpac for repair! I have a Macpac down jacket that I sent to Macpac. Firstly, they didn’t let me know when it was completed. So it was over a month before I had to follow up. And then they tried to charge me $60 for me to see that the jacket wasn’t even repaired correctly - there was a huge hole still. So they sent it back. Just for me to find out that the shop I have to collect it from (CBD) is now closed! Without letting me know whats happened to my jacket in the middle of winter :/
