yesterday 15 Jan. sometime around 1.30 pm /2.30pm 2 ladies as store assistant (or manager) I didn't got much help from them. the 2 where to bussy looking and laughing at theirs phones while I was trying to find my size. On another note. shoplifter took a whole bunch of items while this happened, and the 2 ladies didn't notice a thing. If you are a shoplifter, this is your store. if you are looking for real sale assistance and pay for your itwms, you are better walking a couple of metres to Kathmandu.
DON'T BUY THEIR MERINO SOCKS. WILL NOT LAST MORE THAN 12 MONTHS. TERRIBLE QUALITY.
There was a gentleman working at Macpac Belconnen at about mid/late morning on 14/06/2023. What this dude displayed was the epitome of great customer service, with brilliant communication and in depth product knowledge. Provided a bunch of great solutions for repairing a puffer jacket, had me leaving with assurance and a smile, great work!
Just spoke with one of their sales assistants and she was sooo informative, very enthusiastic at her job I would recommend any backpackers or trekkers like myself to head on down here!!!! Great work to the team at macpac belco westfields!
Visited this store on 23.01.23 Two staff chatting away at the till, no other customers in the store but couldn’t get them to acknowledge my presence.
