Staff were very helpful and good with product knowledge.
A great store for outdoor pursuits. This is often the first place I go to when looking for something like thermals, warm and rain coats, puffers and general outdoor gear. Staff are always well-trained and friendly

I came there to inquire about the warranty of a Macpac jacket I own. The jacket is 1.5 years old but rarely used. The fabric of the pocket was teared, probably because of my nails ( I put my hands in my pocket often) The Macpac website suggests that the warranty is not rigidly based on time (like 1 year, etc). Rather, how long a fabric should last. Any fabric that abnormally damaged before its time should able to claim for warranty.
