Owner put the incorrect catalytic converter on my ******** and will not correct his work. I purchased the correct part to go on the car but the owner put a part he had on my ******** instead. He told me the part I purchased was the wrong part. After discovering the Catalytic Converter the owner put on my car was incorrect, the owner still has not corrected his wrongs. Therefore my vehicle is now starting to have transmission issues do to the incorrect catalytic converter Macon Muffler put on my vehicle.
I had a broken muffler bracket on my work truck which was repaired by another business. The replacement bracket repair only lasted a few months. I took the vehicle to Macon muffler, I had a very minimal wait and they repaired the bracket the proper way while charging almost $100 less. I live 80 miles away and I would consider making the drive just to have Macon muffler repair my muffler on my personal vehicle.
