John Palanza has always done our taxes and he is awesome! We always got our returns back quickly and painlessly. Unfortunately, a new guy, Stu has taken over. I believe he is running some sort of scam. We had our taxes done over 20 days ago and he still has not filed them. My husband and I have called him several times and he is not returning our calls. I will no longer be using this company. Their communication skills are horrible and customer service is just as bad. Think twice before using this company.
