Did NOT fix my Mac, now it looks like an old tv that can’t get reception. They weren’t very forthcoming with what they were doing and when I called to get a status on it you couldn’t keep it straight! Your headset, your laptop top…it was my IMAC!!!!! Then you say you’re having trouble and to transfer data you need $500-$1000 dollars to do it, and this data was just about all of my music! You lost so much I might have to throw it in the trash now!
