We have used Brian twice with realty purchase and sales. He was very competitively priced and more importantly very friendly. He was easy to talk to and explained everything thoroughly. We will definitely use him again for realty matters and other matters like wills as the need crops up.
Brian assisted my wife and I with updating our wills. He was excellent, took ample time to help us understand our wills, Enduring Power of Attorney, and Personal Directive, and was competitively priced. We would highly recommend!
