Initially I did not have a very good experience with Macmillan's, however they contacted me after my review and were very honest in their response, apology and efforts to make thigs right. Laurie was genuinely interested in what went wrong and how they could make amends. This is greatly appreciated in an era of "get over it and move on". Macmillan's desire to learn from their mistakes was legitimate.
