The video that we attended didn't work so we had to be rescheduled. I had to wait a month for a phone appointment with Paul who said that he'd follow up with my questions but never called back. I phoned the office and emailed a few times with no response. I finally got told that a manager would phone me back when she got back from vacation but it has been a month and no response. Even if they don't feel that I'm rich enough to be a client, they should have the decency to respond to me.
