Can my wife's Tartan kilt(Johnstone Tartan kilt)be made bigger.It was made over 36 years ago with the Tartan material sent from Scotland.He didn't have that Tartan material here.He told her that if she gained in size that Tartan panels could be added to increase the Kilt size. Where can we get this done in Ontario,Canada without having to travel to Scotland? Please help us.
