Still waiting for this rubbish to be picked up and refunded. Worst company and ethics in Grafton. My partner purchased a bed from here. It was a discontinued line and floor stock. Upon receiving the bed and after truck that delivered it had left, noticing the old man doing delivery was in an angry mood, also noticed irreparable damage to the bed that is obvious it was done before the end was wrapped in cling wrap. For the amount of damage done, the wrap would've needed to be damaged if done after. So its obvious this damage ... read more

Great product knowledge and super friendly service from Jessie G while in store and again on a return visit to make the purchase. Tim’s assistance in store was great and getting couch styles available to view while in store helped make our couch selection - ending up selecting one of Tim’s suggestions. Wide variety available in floor stock for viewing.
