I travelled to Grafton specifically to purchase a lounge. I had been speaking with Evonne over the phone as I was interested in a specific sofa, she was so helpful and arranged it to be transported from warehouse to store so I could see it in person. In the end I chose a totally different sofa, and am so happy with my choice. Evonne and Amy in particular, were so amazingly helpful. Excellent friendly customer service from Yvonne who sold us the lounge suite to Scott and Billy who delivered and assembled. Well done and thank you.
We bought a new bed from Macleods Grafton. The manager Brett was fantastic to deal with and really looked after us. The boys that delivered the bed and put it together did a great job and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience
