Recently, attended my first session at MacLeod's optical and I had to bring my full of energy toddler to the appointment. The staff were extremely kind, patience, and knowledgeable. They made us both feel very welcome, I know my son had fun, and ultimately I'm very happy with my glasses and experience.
Been with them for years. Used to be good service when Robert owned it.. not accomadating at all for someone who works away took 6 months to get am eye appointment..
Excellent customer service and professionalism. It's my go to optician.
