Very helpful staff, many options for furniture, large range of second hand as well.
Brought a desk, chair and floor mat from Mack's - the customer service both online and in-store was great, the prices were really reasonable and the delivery was on-time. Highly recommend these guys and would definitely shop there again.
Amazing service at Mack’s. I did a quote on a chair I really wanted to test out so they ordered it in for me. I ended up not liking the chair as much as I thought i would so I went with a different option. The guy who helped me was very nice and had great explaination on all the chairs. Ended up picking something I think I’ll be very very happy with so thank you. Service at Mack’s is fantastic
Amazing service from Mack's. They drove to Melbourne to help us with our unused office furniture. We were moving offices and had a truckload of items that weren't coming with us. They were efficient and professional and we were extremely impressed with how quick the job was done. No complaints, only praise for these guys.
Excellent service from Josh at Mack's Office Furniture. He took the time to listen to my requirements for an office chair for my home office and showed me a number of options. I was able to try out several chairs and with Josh's detailed explanation and demo of the features that were on my list I came away with a great chair at a great price. Thanks Josh.
