Went there to cash my income tax check they wanted me to bring all of my income tax forms. Then, when I asked the lady what exactly she needed she told me she didn’t know was rude and just outright unprofessional.
Staff very rude, one of my employees was there to cash a check. They called my business, reached me and I informed them that it was OK. What bothered me was there hateful tone while verifying if the check was valid. First of all when your employee call to verify the check. Her tone was very unprofessional. Once I verified that was my employee, she wanted my home address. My business address was on the check from a major bank. My home address wasnt necessary. Hopefully he will not visit your location again.
Seemed a little on the shady/creepy side to walk in this place….but pleasantly surprised! Super friendly staff! We are there every Friday to cash our checks and we are always met with a smile. Very down to earth and super nice people! Keep in mind that the very first time you go in here to cash your check that it is going to take some time. They need all your info plus a picture of your face in their computer. So don’t get impatient because after that it’s a breeze!
