Lucinda has done my families taxes for about 4-5 years now with no issues at all! Answered all of our questions and helped us when needed when tax season came around. Staff is always very nice! Took us through the process step by step with no issues!
Lucinda did the tax for us but she didn't do it right. She told us that my parents will receive a decent refund. They are waiting too long but didn't receive the tax money back. Then, we try to contact her. She said she will look at it but she didn't. Now, we got the letter from IRS that we owe over a thousand dollars.We tried to call and text her a hundred times but she didn't care and call us back. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They just want to get money and walk away with their issues.
