Staff was so friendly and helpful. They even give you a number for a mechanic they have that will come out if you have any bike problems out on trails. If you call in about a problem and a mechanic comes they pause your timer til it’s resolved.
After a fun ride over to the island, we found this place to be very easy, Reasonable and check in and out. The bikes were great hybrids allowing us to take a day riding around the island, Including up the hill to The Grand Hotel. This is the only way to see the island, And all the great views. If you’re into some hilly trails, The bikewill get you there too.
Well priced bike rental. Easy rental and return process. I would come back on future visits.
We rented bikes from here, had food customer service and the bikes worked well.
Staff were so kind and helpful! When my daughter had a meltdown and my kids’ bikes all toppled over 😅, they just kept encouraging us ,reassuring us instead of adding to our embarrassment. They were incredibly accommodating. Thank you so much for your professionalism and care, making my family vacation memorable, you all make a big difference
