Staff were so kind and helpful! When my daughter had a meltdown and my kids’ bikes all toppled over 😅, they just kept encouraging us ,reassuring us instead of adding to our embarrassment. They were incredibly accommodating. Thank you so much for your professionalism and care, making my family vacation memorable, you all make a big difference

Place sucked, kids working who did not care. Gave me a bike to big for me, I asked for small one, had troubles riding it. The shifter was hidden behind handle and did not shift properly, brakes were not good. Took bike back after half hour, for each complaint they had excuse placing blame on me. They charged me for full hour when only had half hour, no discount for bike troubles. They really made my vacation pleasurable.

Friendly staff. Seems like all the shops have the same rates, and we were pleased that this shop charged fairly for our time that exceeded 1 hour, billing us only by the quarter hour. Bikes were in good shape with comfy seats, would rent from them again!
