If I could give no stars, I would. While Robert in the Middleton office was absolutely amazing, we had an incident where our flat screen smart TV was damaged in the move. When we filed a claim we were told that we had a released rate of .60/lb meaning our 21lb TV is ultimately worth $12. This company is a huge rip off. Avoid using this company for moving at all costs. If you have a claim it’s a joke. Ridiculous price, inexperienced staff.Worst moving company ever! Wouldn’t give a quote, grossly over-charged me . Staff were inexperienced. Pieces left at old property and wouldn’t take responsibility for that. Took 13.5 hours to move a regular 3 bedroom rancher-no appliances. Totally inept!
