Called in this afternoon to inquire about legal help with my mother’s estate as she passed away, the secretary was very rude laughed and told me what I was trying to achieve was never gonna get done. I have spoken with many people about my mothers estate and never have been talked to like that completely unprofessional.
I have been a client of this law firm for years now. I have bought a house, sold a house and bought my current house using their services. Today when I called for assistance, the secretary was extremely rude and unprofessional. She would not even have my lawyer call me back regarding a question that I have. I realize everyone has bad days but you are representing a law firm- be respectful and professional. It looks poorly on their business.
I was referred to Mackesy Smye after Ryder, my award winning Leonberger, was attacked by a neighbour's dog. My ankle being clipped during the attack required IV antibiotics. The attack damaged Ryder's salivary gland system creating a slow leak that blocked his esophagus requiring emergency veterinary care which was costly.
