BEWARE OF UP SELLING I went in with a flat tyre and as my handlebar grips were sticky needed new ones I watched them checked my chain with a chain wear indicator gauge told it was good and up sold me a 2 star service eg: (BIKE WASH and LUBE spin the wheel) that's fine. $234 later there was a new chain on the bill, sounds to me one bloke didn't tell the other bloke the chain was good so they put one on anyway. Maybe next time they can give the customer a phone call before you stack the Bill save any conflict
