I call Rick up this morning with a problem that had to do with my MacBook Pro keyboard, the "L" key would not engage. I went over to office and he tried some shortcut magic that did not yield any good results. He had a used keyboard in stock and he spent the next two hours installing the used keyboard. I was up and running that same day. I would recommend Rick to anyone that has a Mac. thank Rick

Knowledgeable, Efficient, and a great guy to talk to. Gave me my options for repair and helped me understand what was going on. Didn’t just bill me and fix it, he gave me a full description and review of the problem and the solution.
I wish I could give 10/10 stars. Rick was able to get me in same day on a Friday night and help me quickly fix my MacBook at a very reasonable price. I truly appreciated his help as I need my computer for school and work.
