In and out in under an hour. Rick was very welcoming, funny and most importantly knew what he was doing. Fixed my problem with my phone not charging and replaced my battery (which he had on hand) for my MacBook Pro. All in under an hour. For a very good price. Beating out the Apple Store. Friendly, speedy data recovery at a fair price. Rick was able to pull the data off a SSD that failed and I was afraid was gone for good. He did it fast and at a fair cost. Even if other people or companies tell you the only option is sending the drive into a clean room recovery facility, give Rick a call first.
