Rick’s service was outstanding. His prices were fair and transparent and he took the time to thoroughly inspect my machine in front of me to show me what work needed to be done. 10/10 would use again although I hope I never have to :D. Wonderful local small business that deserves yours.
I highly recommend Rick Levitt and his Fast Mac Repair company. I had an incident where maple syrup got all over my laptop and I to the charging port (yes not my best day!). I called him and he met me within minutes at his office and immediately went to work assessing the damage. A few hours later we were back in working order and I was picking up my Mac. Had an excellent experience. I'd been told by the Apple store that my computer was beyond repair, unless I wanted to spend a lot of money. I thought I'd lost a lot of files as a result (I hadn't backed them up properly). I brought my laptop to Rick and he opened it up, diagnosed that it was simply a short in the power button, and had it working in 15 minutes. And the price was WAY lower than I'd expected. Great service, great result. Highly recommend!

Rick is the bomb! He has helped me keep my 2017 MacBook going by replacing screens, batteries and so many other things. Plus he lets my dogs come into his office when I come in! Highly recommend!!
