Probably the worst customer service my wife and I have seen in forever. Specifically concerning the lending side of MSB. All of our interactions with the teller line have been 5 star- they know what they are doing, they are friendly, and they get things done. The lending side of MSB has been the worst loan experience of our lives. I have only ever had a good experience with Machias. The people that work here are kind and helpful, as well as incredible attentive.
Love the people who work there, this is my personal bank and they're very professional and sweet also a very secure bank with loads of options for you and your account. Very good bank to have and trust!
