I have been using this bank going on six years now and I am very happy with them as a whole. This review is for specifically this one location. I came in with my friend hoping to sign her check over to me and cash it. Easy stuff right. The original lady we talked to was nice enough, however when she had to go get her manager because my friend only had a temporary id (she's waiting for the plastic one to come in the mail) her manager came out and was terrible. Would not help make some change in an emergency with out making an account first
