I went in after looking at Steelcase's website. Create Spaces is the only (at the time of this review) authorized retailer for Steelcase chairs in Northern Nevada. Even though I was only looking for a single chair, Griffin Becker treated me like I was a million-dollar client. He was able to set me up with a fully custom leap (seriously they have like a million fabrics), at a reasonable price, and relatively quickly. They are in business for themselves, not for Northern Nevada locals. Be very wary of doing business with these guys. Plenty of local places to form a relationship with instead
