Ive been training with Erin for the past 10 months and the results have been amazing!! So far I've lost 40lbs and I've gained substantial strength and endurance. The workouts she comes up with are out of this world. They are both genuis and incredibly effective. I can't imagine my life had I not sign on with her. If youre looking to make a huge change, Erin is your girl!!

I have been coming here for 6 months and training with Erin, the owner. I didn't need to lose weight, but as a 48 year old woman my body was becoming flabby. I had been doing my own cardio and weight training at the gym on my own, but with no real results. For anyone out there - esp women - who are intimidated by the idea of personal training, you don't need to be with Mach Evolution. Mach Evolution is a truly great place! Erin is an awesome trainer and she has a knack for pushing me past what I thought I could do. I frequently complain when I see my workout written on the white board and think I can't do it, but I surprise myself by the end. Erin is so supportive and encouraging, but not coddling or condescending, I really look forward to my workouts. The gym itself is the perfect size for 1:1 training and the equipment is great (and varied). It's always a different workout and I love it!
