Contacted them to sell a business and act as my solicitor in the sale. Everything already aligned with buyer, landlord and franchisor, only the simple transfer to be done. Paid an expensive amount to review the lease and have been told I couldn't sell the business, what a lack of knowledge. After I contact another solicitor, sale was done pretty quick with a right interpretation of the lease. What a waste of time these guys, should be refunded for the lease review. Extremely disappointing and professionally negligent. I engaged MacGregor O'Reilly Nash Solicitors to represent me in a family law matter, and the level of service I received was not only careless and negligent but also damaging. My solicitor filed defective court documents, misidentified parties, missed deadlines, and failed to properly advise me on critical legal risks.
