I'm just sorry I had to give them one star to even register the lack of service and congeniality of this place. Needed a very small review of some body corporate paperwork and by-laws, and all we got was sounds dodgy and that was basically it for any further correspondence. Waited over 3 weeks and had to call them and email them repeatedly. On the Web page says friendly admin staff lol. Well Zoey was not, nor was she professional or able to handle my issues. Macfie Curlewis Spiro is a very professional, efficient, friendly and conscientious law firm. I had Mr. Dan Casell notarise a letter for me but then I found out after that there were some serious errors in my writing on it so I had to correct it and get it notarised again. Dan did it a second time for me free of charge.
After dealing with so many lawfirms for different issues over the past 20 years, we went with a local firm (closest to our business premises) for a change. We have had the most professional, proactive and detailed advice and care over the past 4 months on various issues, properties and leases. I am genuinely impressed and have even taken another of our business' requirements here due to the amazing service, detailed and professional advice, and approachable nature of our lawyer. Highly recommend.
