A big shout out to Scott … I took my K**gs generator in to be repaired expecting to pay a few hundred $s ….given that it’s a not very reliable brand . I was charged $88 …the problem was a loose connection . A three day turn around a far more than reasonable repair charge . I couldn’t be happier 😊😊

Over a period of 6 months I dealt with MacGen I found Allen to be very helpful and not push me in any direction but gave me options and let me decide I have nothing but high praise for the MacFarlane Generators and will go back to them next time I am looking for a Generator.
