Over a period of 6 months I dealt with MacGen I found Allen to be very helpful and not push me in any direction but gave me options and let me decide I have nothing but high praise for the MacFarlane Generators and will go back to them next time I am looking for a Generator.

What a great place. I was a first time customer and needed repairs to my generator. A small job that I needed fixed in half a day. Scott and the team didn’t hesitate when I called. I took it down they fixed it at a great price. Back in my trailer 4 hours after I dropped it off. Excellent service. Thanks guys.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE & OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION The team at Macfarlane Generators went out of there way from the first point of contact to helping us out hours later. They dropped what they were working on, to getting us out of a pickle until the new parts are to come in. Always communicated with us and letting us know what was going on. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. There seems to be no communication between management, technicians and reception. Every time I spoke to them about my generator repair, different information was provided. Costs were added on, removed and adjusted without reason or logic. In the end and after 6 weeks, once an agreement was reached to pick up a working generator, I arrived to be told it hadn't been repaired. I'd give zero stars if it was an option.
