Great customer service, very knowledgeable and always eager to assist with all my questions.
We found them through Dave Ramsey referral. We have a small business and we have easy taxes. The first year they charged us around $600. The second year they wanted to charge us around $1,000 for our taxes. We talked them down a bit. We paid. What a Great Experience! Doing your taxes is usually equal to going to the dentist I would say, However, Mr Mike and his support team Mrs. Nonna and Mrs Jocelyn were so helpful, courteous and professional, that the experience was quick, painless and down right pleasant. Thanks Mcfarlane and Associates for the effort, it is noticed.
I found them to be expensive.
