MacDonald's used to be a great place to buy appliances and furniture. We have spent thousands there over the last 13 years. This past year we had a terrible experience with one our Thermidor appliances. MacDonalds did nothing to help us. It ended up costing us hundreds more and the problem still wasn't solved. They don't care about their customers. Now they don't even bother to respond. Their "customer service" department (Amy McKibbon) believes if they don't respond, the problem will just go away. Complete waste of time
This past week was a nightmare because I live in a century home that had a W/D installed before the tub went in. The staff at MacDonald’s (Heather, Matt, Aaron, Marcus and Jeremy) were supportive of finding a solution to my BIG problem. It took three visits and extra hands but today success was achieved. I will always shop at MacDonalds based on my positive service experience. You can buy appliances anywhere but service makes all the difference. Thank you MacDonald’s team!! Marg and Lucien
