Bought a new washer/dryer set. Had to cancel the first purchase after we decided to buy a pair instead of just a washer. We had no issues with cancelling the first order. Delivery was smooth. We dealt with Aaron who was very professional. Have also dealt with Caileen in the past. Both are helpful, not pushy, knowledgeable and keen to get you the information you need.
I've bought great products, with super helpful staff, from Macdonald's for probably 25 years. Most recently we needed a refrigerator with very specific dimension. And we found it at Macdonald's. The team was super flexible on delivery options. We're always impressed with the quality of furniture they have on their floor. Staff are attentive, informed and wonderfully helpful without being salesy. I am very happy to recommend, and I wish them much continued success as a local, family owned biz.
I wish I would have read these reviews before I decided to purchase an appliance from MacDonalds furniture and appliances. The worst customer service I have ever received. I initially ordered a Bosch Convection wall overnight/convection microwave from Home Depot. They were supposed to deliver so we removed our old appliances, only to discover that the item had not been received a would not be delivered anytime soon. John Neel and Macdonald’s Furniture were an absolute pleasure to deal with! John listened to me, was patient while I figured out what I wanted, and went above and beyond with his customer service.
Omg! My fridge died on a Friday at 4:30 pm. I was panicking! I quickly went up to McDonald's Furniture and told them my problem. The sales rep quickly went into the computer to see what was in stock. Found a fridge that was the size I wanted and then questioned about delivery but no openings until Monday. The representative in the office had heard our conversation and then made an exception to have the frige delivered on Saturday pm. What a life saver!!
