Omg! My fridge died on a Friday at 4:30 pm. I was panicking! I quickly went up to McDonald's Furniture and told them my problem. The sales rep quickly went into the computer to see what was in stock. Found a fridge that was the size I wanted and then questioned about delivery but no openings until Monday. The representative in the office had heard our conversation and then made an exception to have the frige delivered on Saturday pm. What a life saver!! There was a serious product issue with a new purchase we recently made. Heather listened, understood and took action that resulted in resolution.
Good experience and professional. We purchased all new appliances for our renovated Kitchen and timing was a factor. There was a misunderstanding between parties in regard to delivery date, and the staff at Macdonalds Furniture stepped up immediately and made arrangements to have our Fridge delivered while the contractor was still on site. Great service from a great company, they live up to the standards they have set over the years. Greatly appreciated.
