I wish I would have read these reviews before I decided to purchase an appliance from MacDonalds furniture and appliances. The worst customer service I have ever received. I initially ordered a Bosch Convection wall overnight/convection microwave from Home Depot. They were supposed to deliver so we removed our old appliances, only to discover that the item had not been received a would not be delivered anytime soon. John Neel and Macdonald’s Furniture were an absolute pleasure to deal with! John listened to me, was patient while I figured out what I wanted, and went above and beyond with his customer service.
Omg! My fridge died on a Friday at 4:30 pm. I was panicking! I quickly went up to McDonald's Furniture and told them my problem. The sales rep quickly went into the computer to see what was in stock. Found a fridge that was the size I wanted and then questioned about delivery but no openings until Monday. The representative in the office had heard our conversation and then made an exception to have the frige delivered on Saturday pm. What a life saver!!
